Orders under $99: $10 shipping fee
Orders of $99 or more: Free shipping
Order Processing Time
Orders generally require 2–4 business days for processing.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM America/New_York begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Transit Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, transit generally takes 5–9 business days.
Order processing time and shipping transit time are separate periods. Transit time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

The logistics provider handles customs clearance. Under standard arrangements, consumers do not need to pay additional customs-related fees.

Unshipped Orders

Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be directly cancelled. You may wait for the order to be delivered and then request a return or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For orders that have already entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee that the shipment can be intercepted.
